AAU ASUU Announces 2026 Scholarship Programme for Indigent Students – The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Ambrose Alli University (AAU) Ekpoma Chapter,opens applications to eligible indigent students for the 2026 Annual Scholarship Award.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be verified indigent students.
Applicants must be bona fide undergraduate students of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma.
Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above and demonstrate good academic performance.

Scholarship reward

Scholarship Award: ₦200,000 for each successful beneficiary.
Eligible Beneficiaries: Indigent undergraduate students of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma.
Selection Criteria: Applicants will be selected based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.

Application Requirements

Submit a handwritten application letter (maximum of 2 pages) addressed to the Convener,

ASUU Indigent Scholarship Committee 2026, ASUU Secretariat at Twin Lecture Theatre,

AAU Ekpoma. The letter must include:

Full Name
. Course and Current Level of Study
. State of Origin
. Functional Phone Number

Required Supporting Documents:

Photocopy of current Student ldentity Card

Official letter from your Head of Department (HOD) confirming current academic status and CGPA for the preceding session

Evidence of course registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

Printed copy of your Kofa Student Account statement showing your current CGPA, duly endorsed by your HOD

Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs

Submission Deadline & Details

Applicants are to submit their application letter along with all supporting documents to the ASUU Secretariat no later than 2:00PM on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Screening & Interview

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for a screening and interview session conducted by the ASUU AAU Ekpoma Scholarship Committee to verify academic records and financial need.
